Nana Beach Hotel of Karatzis S.A. Group of Companies was awarded as one of the 100 top partner hotels of the network of RTK travel agencies in Germany. The selection was made between the 600 hotels with the highest business volume of the network’s portfolio, which were awarded by professionals in the tourism industry. Among the most important criteria to distinguish the hotels were the high quality of service and the customer-oriented approach.
The importance of this distinction is further reinforced by the fact that the RTK network includes 3,500 travel agencies in Germany, which highlighted Nana Beach among their best partners. In addition, this award is added to a series of successive distinctions received by the hotel every year by first class institutions. These distinctions come mostly from ratings and reviews of the travellers that evaluate their stay experience. Recently, the hotel was voted as one of the best all-inclusive resorts in Europe from the Travellers’ Choice Awards 2014 of Trip Advisor, the largest travel website worldwide. The distinction from the RTK network proves that the hard work and dedication of Nana Beach Hotel’s team in maintaining and building on the top level of services, are recognised and appreciated not only by its customers but also from its international partners.
