Under the auspices of the Region of Crete, the event with a charitable character and awards for Nana Karatzis, Giorgos Pappas and Konstantinos Tsagkatakis.
A brilliant event was held on Saturday night by the Panhellenic Women’s Sports Association “KALLIPATEIRA”, under the auspices of the Region of Crete.
The event on the occasion of the cutting of the Society’s pie, took place in the presence of a large number of people, at the Olympia Palace in Heraklion.
It should be noted that following the initiative of the President of the Association, Katerina Panagopoulou, and the coordinator of the branch, Mrs. Maria Antonakaki, part of the proceeds from the event will be allocated to the neonatal unit of the University Hospital of Heraklion, Crete.
At the same time, the businesswoman, Ms. Nana Karatzis, the distinguished ophthalmologist surgeon, Mr. Giorgos Pappas, as well as the international disabled cycling athlete, Konstantinos Tsagkatakis, were awarded.

Mrs. Karatzis dedicated the award to her husband, the late Miltiadis Karatzis, while Mr. Arnautakis spoke about the important contribution of the Karatzis couple to Crete. At the same time, he announced the financing of the Neonatal Unit of PAGNI with 80,000 for the purchase of machinery.
